Print or save as PDF
Select the print button on any calendar page. In the system dialog, choose your printer for paper or choose Save as PDF (Chrome/Edge), PDF → Save as PDF (Safari), or Print to File (Firefox/Linux).
Choose the right paper
Standard 20 lb / 75 gsm copy paper is fine for short-term use. For a wall calendar or repeated erasing, try 28–32 lb / 105–120 gsm paper. Matte paper is easier to write on than glossy stock.
Save ink
Our layouts use white backgrounds and restrained accent colors. Select grayscale in your printer settings for the lowest ink use; all lines and labels remain legible.
If the edge is cut off
Set scaling to “Fit,” “Shrink oversized pages,” or 95%. Home printers usually cannot print to the very edge, so avoid a “borderless” setting unless your printer explicitly supports it.
