You do not need an account to use Make Printable Calendar. Calendar customization and PNG generation happen in your browser. We do not receive the month, title, or settings you choose.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use it only to respond, maintain the service, or address a legal requirement.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and time of request for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic measurement. If privacy-friendly analytics are added, this policy will identify the provider and purpose before use.
Cookies and local storage
The current site does not require advertising or account cookies. Essential hosting infrastructure may use short-lived security mechanisms. We do not store calendar content in cookies.

Links to external websites are governed by those sites’ privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Retention and rights
Support emails are retained only as long as useful for the conversation, service records, or legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@makeprintablecalendar.com.
